At Belle Beauty Lounge, our customers' satisfaction is top priority. We always try our best to take care of each one of our customers. Same applies to our Permanent Jewelry Service. We offer a 3 month guarantee on our welded products and charms. If the welded portion of the jewelry breaks or tarnishes for any reason, we will re-weld or replace it for you for free (with the exception of solid gold products). If the chain breaks, bring it in and we will re-weld it for $20.  Sorry no refunds.
