 All permanent jewelry sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We guarantee our welds and materials against defects for 3 months from the date of purchase. If your bracelet breaks due to a weld or material defect within that time, we will provide one complimentary repair or replacement. Repairs requested after the 3-month warranty period, or any additional repairs beyond the complimentary repair, are subject to a repair fee. Repairs resulting from snagging, stretching, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
