Why Belle Beauty Lounge?

Founded by Kelly Summers, a Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, Belle Beauty Lounge is the culmination of Kelly's expertise and passion. Certified in Permanent Makeup, Fine Line Tattoo, Skin Revision, Scar Camouflage and Permanent Jewelry Design, Kelly's motivation for establishing Belle Beauty Lounge is rooted in her sincere desire to empower individuals, helping them feel confident and beautiful from the inside out.


At Belle Beauty Lounge, our mission is clear: to establish a sanctuary of safety, cleanliness, and warmth where each client is valued like a cherished friend.
